The Beginnings

I have been going to various conscious, yet fun programmes for years. I got a lot out of these dancing, singing, theatre events: social connections, entertainment, and, not least, tons of exciting self-observations which I then feverishly took notes of after each event, on the way home. Almost all these workshops gave me the opportunity to try myself in new situations, to do something I had been afraid to do. I have ‘grown’ a lot thanks to these events, until the moment came when I felt that I already belonged to the ‘other side’, meaning I should hold programmes myself because this is how I can best support others on their path of self-discovery. So in January 2023, I announced the first Self-Discovery Board Game Workshop – and the rest, as they say, is history.
